Katerina Omelchuk was born on March 17 in 1982, Kiev (Ukraine) in a family of established architects.
Education:
1992 2000 Shevchenko State Artistic Secondary School.

1998 Achieved a diploma of ‘Artistic-design Studio Manager' from the Kiev State University of Culture and Art and got a profession tutor of artistic design.

Whilst studying Ekaterina participated in creative plein-air and master classes under the artistic direction of G. M. Yagodkin and I. J. Melnichuk, as well as attending the art studio of V. I. Zabashta.
From 2004 Katerina is a member of a youth association attached to the National Painters Union of Ukraine, in Kiev.
Since 2008 Omelchuk Katerina is a member of the National Painters Union of Ukraine, in Kiev.
Katerina Omelchuk is an ongoing participant in Ukraine-wide art exhibitions and has held 4 personal exhibitions to date (2000 20004). The first exhibition was performed in year 2000. It was the exhibition «Landscapes» which took place in the Darnitckiy centre of the culture and art.
She was rewarded with a diploma from the ‘Kiev Creative Youth forum' in 2005, 2006 and 2007.
She was a participant of the creative event ‘Kiev suite' which was funded by the Grant of President of Ukraine.
In September 2006 she took part in the international exhibition among painters of Ukraine and Italy called «Under the wind of the Archangel Michael» which was performed in Kiev (Ukraine) and Rome (Italy).
In 2007 she took part in ukraine-wide triennale «Paintings 2007» wich was held by the National Painters Union of Ukraine.
Her works are in private collections in Ukraine, Italy, Spain, Canada, USA, Germany, Australia and New Zealand.
